In the Sukaregang Leather Center shopping area alone there are around two hundred and fifty shops. There is also Elco shops which houses around 30 shops. Not to mention the shops that are lined up one kilometer long.
Leather product shops in Sukaregang started around 1970. Because the business was busy, new shops were added there selling various products.
